Using PHPrunner 9,8
In the Lookup Wizard i defined the value 1,2,3,4,5 and select checkbox list and horizontal layout
on the add page this look like this ( ) 1 ( ) 2 ( ) 3 ( ) 4 ( ) 5
Now on the printer friendly page i would like to show this the same way. Just there is no chooce in the view as defination
Anybody have a idea how to solve this

You cannot do this. On View page we only show the selected value.
Looks like a job for a custom View plugin.
