 After opening a project cannot open database connection

Hi.
Since today I tried to open any project I have in both versions 8 and 9 and after opening the project I get an error message stating the database connection cannot be open.


When I tried to open the connection manually another error message appears.


I am using phprunner.php as interface with my host and this program by itself runs fine within the browser.


I read another post with some issues similar as this and apparently the upgrade to TLS is the real problem.
Any ideas?

URL is incorrect. In your browser it is HTTPS and www while in PHPRunner it is not.
