All menu not show in mobile, while it works well in pc

All menu not show in mobile, while it works well in pc.

I open it with chrome and opera. I have cleared chace and all history and uninstall/reinstall browser, but all menu still not showing. I use PHPRunner 9.8 Build 29465 and the application use bootstrap style.

Does anyone has the same experience and how to fix it.
