 Checkbox on admin_member_list page cant be clicked

PHP Runner 9.7 build 28565 x86
I can not click on the checkbox on the admin member list page.

I try to create a new project was no problem when click checkbox on admin member list page.

The problem occurs when I open a project that created by Phprunner 9.7 build 28455 x86.

I've tried to recreate the security table and also re-create the user. But still the same can not be clicked.
How to fix it?

After many experiments, finally solved by creating a security table using the PHPRunner application on the security tab.

The problem I encountered was when I used the security table I created from outside the phprunner application.

Is this a bug?
