Charts in Mobile Not lining up

I just ported over my design from 8.1 to 9.7 and all is working except the Charts are over writing the search bar in the mobile version.
Here is my configuration: 9.7 Enterprise (Build 28455 x64, )Manchester theme (Non bootstrap), Mobile templates v2., It Works perfect in desktop browser but the alignment is off on all mobile charts and when you click the chart, it opens the lists but the "mini chart" above is blank.
Has anyone seen this?

While I cannot tell what exactly might be wrong as I cannot see your project my suggestion is to try Bootstrap layout for this specific task. It usually works better on mobile devices.

I tried the bootstrap but it really doesn't quite display what I'm trying to achieve. It looses the look that the other parts of the program have. Here is a picture of what it is doing under 9.7, mobile


BTW it works in 8.1 with the old style charts
