Bootstap or non-Boostrap pros and cons?

Since the Bootstrap templates came out, I decided to use them exclusively. The reasons are the overall look and feel are much more modern and there is no need for the mobile template.
Technically, there is no difference in functionality.

As Jerry was stating above selecting the Bootstrap replaces the mobile version which means that your screens and layouts become responsive. So if your end user is using a smart phone or a huge monitor on a workstation, it will render to fit their screen. I find this to be huge with so many people going to mobile devices.
