I get this error no matter what key field I use. Fields have no Null values and are unique. However ASP page for editing will not appear.

Looks to me like there is no variable that denotes what the "Where EmployeeID= " Blank.
Since the key cannot be null it fails.
Is there a variable at the end of this statment that Fieldname=Current Record so that it does not come back Blank?
